We are seeking a Consultant with 3–5+ years of experience supporting and optimizing enterprise ecommerce and digital platforms. This role focuses on driving platform adoption, enabling users, and improving operational performance through data-driven insights and process development. This position supports a team responsible for developing and maintaining processes for a client’s digital storefront and associated applications. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who can identify problems, develop solutions, and drive implementation with minimal oversight.
- Support and manage a portfolio of ecommerce and digital solutions, driving adoption, engagement, and measurable usage improvements.
- Develop, document, and continuously improve processes supporting the digital storefront, applications, and support channels.
- Manage and resolve digital support tickets using ServiceNow, including incidents, requests, and escalations.
- Partner closely with digital support and project teams to ensure alignment and seamless issue resolution.
- Lead end-to-end implementation activities, including requirements gathering, process analysis, and coordinated rollouts.
- Deliver solution demonstrations and user training sessions; develop clear, user-friendly training materials and documentation.
- Utilize Power BI to analyze adoption metrics, user behavior, and operational performance, translating data into actionable insights.
- Track action items, risks, and issues to ensure accountability and timely resolution.
- Support project and stakeholder meetings, including agenda development and follow-up communication.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and process bottlenecks; design and implement scalable solutions to improve performance.
- Serve as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead smaller initiatives, providing structure, ownership, and clear communication to ensure successful delivery.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a project or program delivery capacity is required.
Technical Skills: Experience with ServiceNow for ticketing and workflows, and Power BI for analysis is preferred. Experience supporting ecommerce platforms or enterprise systems is strongly preferred.
The pay rate for this position is between $30.00 and $35.00 per hour. Contract employees are eligible for benefits, subject to program requirements.
- Proactive “go-getter” — identifies gaps and takes action without waiting for direction.
- Problem-solver/operator — can diagnose issues, design solutions, and implement them end-to-end.
- Process-oriented — comfortable building, refining, and documenting workflows and procedures.
- Strong communicator — able to engage across business and technical teams with clarity and confidence.
- Ownership-driven — takes accountability for outcomes, not just assigned tasks.
