Contract Manager II
Experience: 1–2 years · Engagement: Contract
Role Overview
Oversees and manages third-party Fiber, Conduit, and Pole agreements supporting a Tier 1 carrier's fiber-optic network across North America. Operates in a fast-moving network environment that demands strong contract, coordination, and project-management discipline.

- Analyze complex situations and data across multiple factors to resolve a diverse range of contractual and operational problems.
- Establish and monitor a shared team inbox, routing inquiries to the appropriate Pole Team member for follow-up.
- Manage incoming third-party requests to attach to carrier-owned poles and conduit — issuing the initial Attacher Questionnaire, drafting the Pole Attachment Agreement, securing required documentation, and driving the agreement to execution using standard EFAA and CLM processes.
- Assist with pole data collection, review, and analysis.
- Coordinate and project-manage pole remediation issues with Field and Centralized Operations where they affect contractual relationships.
- Manage new and renewal Pole and Conduit Attachment Agreements with power companies and other pole owners, as assigned by Pole Team staff.
- Perform other pole- and conduit-related work as assigned.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Proven multitasker with experience coordinating and project-managing across multiple departments.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience interfacing with municipal agencies, telecom providers, and power companies.
- Experience in telecommunications or network planning.
- Additional experience in business management, financial management, or the legal field.
