Supporting: Large Financial Services Client
Location: Merrifield, VA (Hybrid – onsite 3 days/week)
Assignment Type: Contract Only
Duration: 3 Months (90 Days)

You will support medium to large-scale projects from initiation through execution while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project initiatives from inception through implementation
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and communications
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and change requests
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to leadership
- Facilitate meetings, including stakeholder sessions and project reviews
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and successful execution
- Create and maintain documentation, including process maps and requirement playbooks
- Conduct project audits and provide recommendations for improvement
- Identify process enhancements and drive operational efficiency
- Support resource planning, scheduling, and task prioritization
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of project coordination or project management experience
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience working with cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with process mapping and project documentation
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Comfortable facilitating meetings and engaging stakeholders at various levels
Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $40.00 and $59.00 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
