We are hiring a Desktop Support Technician!


Role: Desktop Support Technician

Supporting: Large Financial Services Client

Location: Onsite – Pensacola, FL

Assignment Type: Contract Only

Duration: ~20 months (40 hrs/week, day shift)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite desktop and technical support to end users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues using ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
  • Support Windows 10 environments and Microsoft Office/365 applications
  • Manage user accounts and access via Microsoft Active Directory
  • Perform desktop imaging and deployments (MDT, LTI, ZTI)
  • Support printers and peripherals (HP, Canon, Toshiba)
  • Deliver excellent customer service with patience and a team‑first mindset
  • Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment


Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in desktop or technical support (or equivalent hands‑on experience)
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10, Active Directory, and Office 365/Outlook
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work onsite, full time, during day‑shift hours
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship


Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $20.00 and $24.75 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
