Job Description:
Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota (Onsite)
This role involves monitoring the production batch environment and overseeing production computer equipment while adhering to established quality standards and schedule requirements. The position includes operating and monitoring peripheral devices to ensure service level agreements are met. Additionally, providing first-level Service Desk support to home office and remote associates during off-hours and weekends is a core responsibility.
- Monitor production batch environments and computer systems.
- Provide first-level Service Desk support to internal associates and the contingent workforce.
- Document system and job failures accurately.
- Operate Xerox, Konica, and MICR printers to meet service level agreements.
Experience: 2+ years of IT Data or Tech Center experience.
Technical Skills: Ability to resolve or escalate technical issues related to Citrix/VDIs, IAM, CyberArk, VPN, and PingID/MFA. Candidates should possess attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective communication and documentation abilities.
- Familiarity with Control M, ServiceNow, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with IBM z/OS, Xerox/Konica/MICR printing systems, and FDL/PDL print languages.
This is a contract-to-hire position that is fully onsite. The work schedule involves three 12.5-hour overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM CST after an initial training period of one to three months. Days will be determined based on team needs and may include holiday and weekend coverage. Flexibility for occasional shift coverage adjustments is required.

- Extended periods of standing and mobility are required.
- Occasional overtime or alternate shift coverage may be necessary.
