Business Services Tech-Level 1 - Associate (0 - 5 Years)

Location: Juno Beach, Florida (Onsite)

 
Role Overview

This position supports cost management and internal controls activities. Individuals in this role perform a wide range of clerical and administrative assistance duties, including the maintenance of records, data retrieval and compilation, financial reporting, and month-end close processes. The role ensures that all transactions comply with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

 
Key Responsibilities
  • Create Purchase Orders with a focus on commercial content and risk mitigation.
  • Process Work Cycles and MR 11 transactions.
  • Support the Jira service desk and resolve vendor issues.
  • Perform month-end activities and compile financial reports for budget, variance, and cost tracking.
  • Maintain compliance with company SOX controls and procedures.
  • Handle and respond to urgent requests in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Engineering, Operations, Business Management, IT, and Accounts Payable.
  • Assist with limited accounts payable and inventory activities as needed.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

Education: A High School Diploma or GED is required.

 

Experience: 0-5 years of experience in administrative support, financial reporting, or clerical functions.

 

Skills: Candidates should possess attention to detail and a process improvement mindset.

 
Preferred Qualifications
  • A general understanding of Procurement and Accounting.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable, or another administrative finance function.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus.
