Job Description:
Location: Santa Clara, California (Partial Remote)
Duration: 3 month contract with potential to extend
We are seeking a GSI Program Manager to support partner programs within a global partner management organization. This individual will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to help drive program execution, synthesize data into actionable insights, and support go-to-market initiatives. This is a partner-facing role focused on relationship management and program support.
- Support execution of partner programs across internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with partner-facing teams to manage ongoing initiatives and ensure alignment.
- Analyze partner pipeline and program data, then translate insights into clear, actionable presentations.
- Create structured, executive-level presentations for internal leadership and external partner audiences.
- Assist in driving go-to-market initiatives and partner engagement strategies.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and ambiguity.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting.
- Strong experience with partner-facing or stakeholder-facing roles.
- Proven ability to synthesize data and build clear, structured presentations.
- Experience reviewing analytical data and summarizing key insights.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with confidence presenting to partner audiences.
- Strong business acumen and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Experience working with global system integrators or partner ecosystems.
- Exposure to program management and/or go-to-market initiatives.
- Sales or go-to-market exposure is a plus, but not required.
