Rate: $52-58/hr
Top Requirements:
- 10+ years of Securities Operations / Capital Markets experience
- Strong Change Management and Business Execution background
- Deep expertise with Broadridge platforms (IMPACT, BPS, GLOSS, or equivalent) and DTCC
- Strong understanding of end-to-end trade lifecycle processes
- Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and strategic initiatives
- Ability to work across Operations, Technology, and Product teams
Plusses:
- Large bank experience
- Program/Project Management experience
- Global operations environment experience
- PMP, Agile, or Change Management certifications
- Capital Markets transformation initiatives
Job Summary:
Seeking a senior Securities Operations Change Manager to lead strategic transformation initiatives across the Securities Operations organization. This individual will partner with Operations, Technology, and Product teams to drive large-scale change efforts, improve operational processes, and support business execution priorities. The ideal candidate will have deep Securities Operations expertise, strong knowledge of Broadridge platforms and DTCC processes, and experience leading complex transformation initiatives within Capital Markets environments.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead Securities Operations transformation and change initiatives
- Partner with Operations, Technology, and Product stakeholders
- Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and executive communications
- Drive process improvement and operational efficiency efforts
- Coordinate implementation activities across multiple workstreams
- Support initiatives involving Broadridge platforms, DTCC, and trade lifecycle processes
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and executive-level updates
- Track milestones and ensure successful delivery of strategic objectives
