PS Project Coordinator

Location: Santa Clara, California (Onsite)

 
Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support project engagements. This role involves developing project schedules, ensuring team members understand their responsibilities, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. The coordinator will track project progress, manage documentation, and provide regular status updates.

 
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and assign necessary resources for project engagements.
  • Establish project kickoff calls and start dates in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Develop and revise project schedules using appropriate tools to meet changing needs.
  • Ensure all team members understand the project scope and their individual responsibilities.
  • Maintain and communicate task schedules and coordinate team meetings.
  • Create and execute project work schedules, revising as needed.
  • Ensure all project documents are complete, current, and stored correctly.
  • Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
  • Provide weekly status reports to customers throughout the engagement.
Required Qualifications

Education: A BS in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent education, training, or experience is required.

 

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Project Management may be considered as part of the equivalent experience requirement.

 

Skills:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Effective communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
  • Organizational skills, including the use of spreadsheets and project management tools.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience with Google’s G Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides) is a plus.
