Role: Business Support Specialist II

Supporting: Large Financial Services Client

Location: Hybrid – Open to candidates local to San Diego, CA or Pensacola, FL.

Assignment Type: Contract to Hire

Duration: ~12 Months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, research, and resolve complex issues, discrepancies, and system challenges
  • Ensure systems and processes align with regulatory and procedural requirements
  • Identify gaps and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency
  • Conduct internal audits and support compliance initiatives
  • Perform data analysis and contribute to project-based work
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on systems, products, and process improvements
  • Test and implement system and process updates
  • Investigate errors and recommend corrective actions

Qualifications:

  • Advanced analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to interpret data, policies, and procedures and apply sound judgment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and adapting to new technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with Power BI and SharePoint is a plus

 

Compensation and Benefits

The pay rate for this position is $17.75 - $27.75 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
