Job Description:
Location: Norcross, Georgia (Remote)
Duration: 6 month contract to start with likely extensions
Rate Range: $65-80/hr. on w2
This position is for an Integration Architect responsible for the design, architecture, and governance of enterprise integration solutions. The role involves translating business needs into scalable and secure integration architectures, establishing best practices, and partnering with engineering, product, and business stakeholders. The primary focus will be supporting a transition to an Azure-based middleware platform from OIC, while managing numerous incoming integration projects.
- Execute end-to-end solution design and align with delivery teams to support approximately 18 incoming integration projects.
- Collaborate on the architecture and design of complex integrations using APIs, event-driven patterns, messaging, and middleware platforms.
- Participate in stand-ups and cross-functional meetings, independently leading conversations and making decisions when required.
- Provide architectural guidance to integration and application delivery teams, enforcing standards and best practices.
- Produce high-quality architecture artifacts, including solution designs, sequence diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and support project teams through the delivery lifecycle.
- Ensure integrations meet non-functional requirements such as reliability, availability, and monitoring.
Must-have:
- Strong Azure integration experience (priority #1)
- Experience with middleware / integration architecture patterns
- Understanding of Pub/Sub principles (or ability to learn quickly)
- Ability to work with dev leads and delivery teams
Nice-to-have:
- Salesforce API integration experience (increasing demand in pipeline)
- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) (less critical; teachable)
