Location: Stonecrest, Georgia (Onsite)

 
Role Overview

We are seeking a Training Facilitator with five to ten years of experience to deliver engaging training sessions and workshops. This role is integral to enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of participants, with a focus on distribution engineering training. The ideal candidate will play a key part in creating a positive and effective learning experience.

 
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees and stakeholders, focusing on specific learning objectives.
  • Develop and adapt training materials, presentations, and resources to align with training objectives and participant needs.
  • Present training content in an engaging manner, catering to various learning styles.
  • Utilize effective facilitation techniques, such as group discussions, case studies, and interactive activities.
  • Foster participant engagement by encouraging questions, discussions, and collaboration.
  • Gather feedback from participants to assess training effectiveness and make necessary improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluation results.
  • Ensure training programs adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate training schedules, updates, and information to participants and stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends and training best practices to continuously improve programs.
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, instructional design, or a related field.

 

Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in training facilitation and adult learning. Prior experience with distribution engineering training is required.

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using various training methodologies and techniques.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and technology-enhanced learning tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions.
  • Adaptability to respond to the changing needs of the organization and learners.
  • Empathy and interpersonal skills to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant certifications in training and development are a plus.
