Job Description:

Location: North Reading, Massachusetts (Onsite)

Compensation: $77 - $87 Hourly

An experienced Controls Engineer is sought to develop and optimize robot motion control systems. The role involves advanced controller tuning, with a focus on position and torque control. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing robust testing frameworks and implementing standardized processes for evaluating controller performance.

• Develop and optimize robot motion control systems through advanced controller tuning.
• Specialize in position and torque control methodologies.
• Establish and maintain robust testing frameworks for system validation.
• Design and implement automated validation routines.
• Create and enforce standardized processes for controller performance evaluation.
• Utilize programming skills to create automated test suites and analyze system responses.
• Document testing methodologies and results.
• Troubleshoot complex control issues using data-driven approaches.

Experience: Demonstrated experience with real-time control systems, motion planning, and system identification is required.
