DESCRIPTION:

You will be part of the national In-building PMO team interfacing with submarket teams, enterprise sales teams and senior leadership teams. You will help build the foundation that keeps our client in front of the competition. You will be managing the implementation of enterprise in-building projects and distributed antenna systems. These projects require interaction at the Director/VP level and development of Executive dashboards and presentations.


* Managing all the internal/external stakeholders and the project from the inception stage to delivery and acceptance of the project.

* Coordinating and managing site walks to accurately gather all pertinent information related to various functions like RF, RE, A&E, Transport, power etc. and keep the project cost minimal.

* Leading project update meetings for leadership and finding creative ways to resolve problems.

* Utilizing agile project management practices to deliver on-time from project initiation to deployment.

* Managing turnkey vendors from design to implementation.

* Project managing the entire back end process for enterprise projects till the system is on air and handed over to appropriate teams.

* Ensuring all Network Methods and Procedures are updated. 

* Optimizing process flows for each flavor of the project.

* Making sure operational training is secured and executed. 

* Managing project resources, and performing risk assessments and mitigation plans.

* Driving Operations to the Standard Operating Environment and documenting process flows.

* Providing regularly scheduled Executive level reporting.


MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): 

* Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

* Seven or more years of relevant work experience.

* Construction management experience.

* Prior Wireless experience as a Construction Engineer, Equipment Engineer or Project Manager.

* Experience in building and implementation of DAS systems like Corning, JMA, Commscope, Solid, Spidercloud and DOT systems.

* Experience leading, managing and implementing neutral host systems and public safety systems.

* Experience designing and optimizing iBwave projects and ability to create accurate BOMs.

* Experience maintaining and addressing punch list items with vendors in a timely manner for acceptance of the systems.

* Experience designing rack layouts, cable routing, power requirements etc. 

* Experience working with Transport, regulatory and RF teams to coordinate overall implementation of the project.

* Experience managing project resources, and performing risk assessments and mitigation plans.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.

* Ability to multi-task, detail oriented with strong project management, organization and time.

* Valid driver's license.


DESIRED SKILLS:

* A Master's degree. 

* Experience in building and implementation of Small Cell systems utilizing Ericson, Nokia or Samsung OEM equipment.

* Experience with DAS provisioning, commissioning, integration and troubleshooting, walk testing and close out packages.

* Experience working with 3POs and other operators for inbound and outbound collocations on neutral host DAS systems.

* Ability to optimize process flows for backend process steps in the project.

* Experience using confluence and JIRA software.

* IBwave Level 3 certification.

* Knowledge of agile methodologies applied to project management.

* Knowledge of LAA, CBRS, 5G products and implementation in enterprise building.

* Knowledge of Verizon’s networks, products and services. * Knowledge of Verizon's In-building deployment program.

* Experience working with Fuze, Site Tracker and other internal VZ tools.

* PMI, Project Management Certification.
