Location: Arlington, Virginia (Onsite)
This position supports all Accounting and Finance recruiting efforts for a major organization. The role involves heavy sourcing and high-volume applicant management for a variety of skill sets within Accounting and Finance, and some Tax. Contractors will be aligned to a specific hiring manager and are expected to meet performance metrics. This is a fully on-site role.
- Recruit candidates through proactive market research and assess them against talent and cultural principles.
- Manage and prioritize searches to ensure well-qualified and diverse talent pipelines are provided on time.
- Screen and attract top talent by assessing candidate skills, qualifications, and guiding them through the hiring process.
- Utilize effective candidate engagement techniques and pre-closing strategies to build rapport.
- Collaborate with fellow Sourcing Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators, and Recruiting Business Partners.
- Create an exceptional candidate experience, organize tasks, communicate effectively, and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators such as pipeline activity, conversion ratios, and cycle times.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance recruiting is required. Candidates should have strong sourcing experience and a background sourcing for roles requiring 3-10 years of experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms is necessary. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is also required.
Education: A bachelor's degree in any field is required.
