Job Title: Information Security Analyst 3 / IAM Data Analyst (Power Platform)

Location: Columbus, OH (preferred) / Charlotte, NC (Brevard) – Hybrid

Contract Length: 12mo

Pay Rate: $50 - $57

Top Requirements:
  1. 4+ years of Information Security Analysis or Data Analytics experience
  2. Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
  3. Experience working with large datasets, data analysis, and data manipulation
Plusses:
  1. Experience in financial services or regulated environments
  2. Experience with SQL and data querying tools
  3. Familiarity with IAM concepts and identity data
  4. Experience working in Agile environments (Jira)
  5. Experience writing business cases and presenting insights
Job Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Information Security Analysis and contribute to large-scale planning related to Information Security Analysis deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Information Security Analysis challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others while leveraging solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Information Security Analysis.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Insights
  • Analyze large identity and access datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and risk indicators
  • Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation across multiple systems
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for IAM operations
Dashboarding & Reporting
  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Create visualizations to communicate IAM metrics, KPIs, and compliance data
  • Enhance and maintain reporting solutions for usability and accuracy
Automation & Low-Code Development
  • Build automation workflows using Power Automate
  • Develop low-code applications with Power Apps to streamline IAM processes
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation
Data Engineering & Integration
  • Extract and integrate data from multiple sources (APIs, databases, enterprise systems)
  • Use tools like Alteryx to prepare and transform datasets
  • Support development of scalable data pipelines and reusable data assets
Agile Delivery
  • Work within a Jira backlog, managing tasks and delivering incremental value
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and prioritize work
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with IAM operations, engineering, and risk teams
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
