Job Title: Software Engineer 3 / IAM Developer (Java + Automation)

Location: TX / Charlotte, NC / Columbus, OH / Phoenix, AZ (any primary WF hub) – Hybrid

Contract Length: 12mo

Pay Rate: $50 - $57

Top Requirements:
  1. 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong Java development
  2. Experience with Python or PowerShell for automation/scripting
  3. Experience building APIs and working with SQL-based data systems
Plusses:
  1. Experience with Bravura Pass or Bravura Security IDM suite
  2. Experience with LDAP and identity access management systems
  3. Experience with C++ and multi-language environments
  4. Experience with RESTful API development
  5. Experience in financial services or regulated environments
Job Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain software solutions supporting IAM platforms
  • Develop backend applications using Java and integrate with identity systems
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs for system integrations
  • Write automation scripts using Python or PowerShell
  • Work with databases using SQL for data access and manipulation
  • Support and enhance Bravura Pass or similar identity management tools (if applicable)
  • Integrate with LDAP and IAM systems for authentication and access control
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, engineering, and operations
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to SDLC processes
  • Analyze and troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and security requirements
