Job Description:
📍 Location: Des Peres, MO (Onsite)
🕒 Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
📅 Contract Length: 12 months (with potential for extension and conversion)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support registration and compliance activities within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring operational accuracy, regulatory adherence, and seamless execution of registration-related processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong analytical mindset, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and an interest in financial services operations.
- Process and maintain regulatory registrations, including U4 and U5 filings
- Support compliance-related operational tasks to ensure adherence to FINRA regulations
- Manage and respond to incoming registration-related phone calls and emails
- Execute day-to-day operational workflows with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Partner cross-functionally to support operational and compliance initiatives
- Monitor and ensure data accuracy within internal systems
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Prepare and communicate updates, reports, and documentation as needed
- Stay current on industry regulations, policies, and best practices
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, compliance, or financial services
- Experience with FINRA registration processes (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency
- Experience with systems such as APACS and Salesforce
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance workflows in financial services
- One round: Panel interview (45–60 minutes, virtual)
- No travel required
