CyberArk Operations

Job#: 3037546

Job Description:

CyberArk Operations

Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking a CyberArk Operations Specialist to support and enhance our Privileged Access Management (PAM) and security operations during a critical transition period. This role will focus on day-to-day CyberArk operations, onboarding, remediation, and process improvement, while supporting broader initiatives such as a data center migration to Azure. This is a backfill role supporting PAM leadership, with a strong emphasis on stabilizing the current environment, improving operational efficiency, and expanding account onboarding coverage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute daily CyberArk operational activities, including account onboarding, remediation, and platform maintenance.
  • Maintain and support the existing CyberArk environment, ensuring reliability, access integrity, and adherence to PAM policies.
  • Drive account onboarding efforts across application accounts, platform and system accounts, and network devices and database accounts.
  • Partner with infrastructure, network, and security teams to gather, validate, and onboard privileged accounts into CyberArk.
  • Monitor and resolve PAM-related issues in production, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Support process standardization and documentation for onboarding, remediation, and ongoing CyberArk operations.
  • Identify and help remediate gaps in foundational PAM controls, coverage, and operational processes.
  • Assist with operational readiness for Azure migration, including supporting tasks tied to environment transition.
  • Participate in regular stand-ups and provide clear, consistent status reporting.
  • Operate as a self-sufficient contributor within a lean team, managing priorities with limited oversight.
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience supporting CyberArk in an operational capacity (day-to-day support, onboarding, remediation).
  • Strong working knowledge of PAM fundamentals, including credential vaulting, rotation, and access controls.
  • Experience onboarding and managing multiple types of privileged accounts.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues within a PAM environment.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and operational efficiency.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to gather requirements and drive tasks to completion.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on execution and follow-through.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to Azure environments, particularly supporting operations during migration efforts.
  • Familiarity with CyberArk Conjur.
  • Experience supporting PAM in large-scale or growing environments.
  • Experience contributing to operational process improvement or standardization initiatives.
  • Comfort working in lean teams with evolving processes and priorities.
Work Environment

This position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates located within reasonable proximity for occasional team collaboration. Current priorities are heavily operations-focused, including expanding onboarding coverage, improving process consistency, and supporting alignment with future-state Azure infrastructure. The team cadence includes regular stand-ups with flexibility for asynchronous updates.
