Skills / Qualifications / Abilities

  • Strong experience managing campaigns in a fast-paced ad operations or retail media environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of retail media networks, particularly in-store activations including digital signage screens, audio, and DOOH inventory
  • Experience with inventory forecasting, operational planning, pacing analysis, and campaign delivery management
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and process management skills
  • Ability to navigate evolving operational environments with changing inventory and deployment timelines
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Account Management, Creative, and external vendor partners
  • Practical experience executing campaigns within programmatic DSPs and related ad technology platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Ability to identify operational gaps and contribute to scalable process improvements
  • Working knowledge of retail, ecommerce, omnichannel media, and digital advertising ecosystems


Experience

  • 3+ years of experience within ad operations, retail media, publisher platforms, or digital media operations
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Ad Operations experience required
  • Prior experience supporting retail media networks or in-store media activations strongly preferred
  • Experience with digital signage networks, in-store audio, DOOH, or omnichannel retail advertising environments preferred (especially Vistar platform, or prior experience with Stratacache managed service media partnership)
  • Planning, forecasting, inventory management, or media strategy experience is highly valued
  • Experience working alongside Product or deployment teams during new inventory rollouts is a plus
