Location: Plantation FL or Palm Beach Gardens FL
Duration: 6-month contract (strong potential for extension)
Rate: Up to $95/hr
We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Administrator to join a growing Microsoft Center of Excellence (COE) team within a large enterprise environment. This role is focused on supporting and enhancing the organization’s Power Platform ecosystem, with an emphasis on governance, administration, and end-user enablement.
This is a highly visible role where you will act as a key point of contact for the platform, helping drive adoption, provide expert guidance, and improve overall platform performance.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Power Platform-related questions and support needs
- Provide Tier 3 support and troubleshooting for complex platform issues
- Participate in and support weekly community of practice (COP) / consulting sessions
- Manage and maintain the overall health of the Power Platform environment, including:
- Environments and governance policies
- Licensing and capacity management
- Connectors and integrations
- Platform troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Support Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives, including governance, standards, and best practices
- Assist with new feature implementation, enhancements, and platform improvements
- Evaluate and support integration requests with internal and external systems
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and business units to provide guidance and recommendations
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform administration
- Hands-on expertise with:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Dataverse
- Experience providing advanced (Tier 3) support in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of platform governance, environments, and data policies
- Ability to function as both an administrator and technical advisor
- Experience working within a Power Platform Center of Excellence (COE)
- Exposure to DevOps practices and integration workflows
- Microsoft certifications related to M365 / Power Platform
- Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Experience with lifecycle management and platform optimization
