Job Description:
Typical Day in the Role
A typical day includes 50% team support and adhoc tasks, 25–30% executive-level support, and 20–25% coordination and execution of team events.
Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to support administrative operations
Key projects: This role will contribute to a variety of administrative functions. Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support. Completes special projects as assigned. This team will be launching 3 products soon so this role will be busy and high touch.

• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain previous Microsoft experience (would need to have the full 18 months available) and Microsoft space experience.

This individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task across a variety of projects. This role will require performing a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners.

Conference Room Calendar Management
Conference Room Maintenance
Building Access Management
Team Support
Space Support – maintain documentation, compliance
Meeting Support – space reservations, logistics, catering as needed
Event Support – set up/tear down, catering (planning, ordering, supervising/POC, billing reconciliation)
Storage Organization and Downsizing
Hardware & Peripheral Management
Project Management & Support as needed
Executional XGS Support as needed – catering & other logistics
