We are hiring Payroll Service Delivery Analyst!

Role: Payroll Service Delivery Analyst

Supporting: Large Financial Services Client

Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday-Friday is required in the office in the beginning for training, then we will switch to a hybrid position.

Assignment Type: Contract Only

Duration: ~ 6 Months

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Service Delivery Analyst to join a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This role is ideal for a payroll professional who thrives on accuracy, process improvement, and employee support while managing payroll operations across multiple employment classifications and systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong payroll processing experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and accuracy. This is a great opportunity to expand your experience in payroll operations, compliance, reporting, and global payroll support within a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll transactions and updates
  • Process new hires, promotions, terminations, and payroll adjustments
  • Audit payroll data and resolve discrepancies
  • Support payroll reporting, reconciliations, and journal entries
  • Process garnishments, tax forms, employment verifications, and year-end reporting
  • Assist employees with payroll, compensation, and timekeeping inquiries
  • Maintain compliance with payroll laws and regulations
  • Support payroll process improvements and workflow efficiencies
  • Generate payroll and operational reports as needed

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of payroll processing or payroll analyst experience
  • Strong understanding of payroll practices and accounting fundamentals
  • Knowledge of U.S. federal and state payroll regulations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workloads
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now Payroll and Time & Attendance preferred
  • FPC or CPP certification preferred
  • Experience supporting global or overseas teams is a plus


Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $35.00 and $50.00 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
