SuccessFactors Consultant

Location: Greensboro, North Carolina (Onsite, Hybrid, or Remote)

Duration: 12 month contract to start

Rate: $50-55/hr.

 

Role Overview

As a SuccessFactors Consultant in the IT HR domain, your main focus will be on the SuccessFactors SaaS application, with an emphasis on the Benefits, Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules. This role sits within the U.S. and will primarily support U.S. activities while also handling cases in other countries. You will be a key point of contact for business stakeholders, translating requirements into technical solutions and contributing to a global team environment.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of the SuccessFactors Benefits module within the USA.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding solution requirements in an application management context.
  • Perform parameterization of the solution to meet business requirements.
  • Facilitate change and ensure the maintenance and correction of applications.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Product Area Owner, Digital Product Owner, Solution Architect, and Digital Product Manager to support and develop applications.
  • Work with global teams to develop applications and share knowledge.
  • Organize and lead knowledge transfer sessions to foster a collaborative team mindset.
Required Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Extensive experience with the SuccessFactors Benefits module, including onboarding plans, customizations, workflows, business rules, and Role-Based Permissions (RBPs).
  • Strong knowledge of the Employee Central HRIS module.
  • Familiarity with Recruiting, Onboarding, and Compensation modules.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert business requirements into technical system configurations.

 

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a SuccessFactors IT consultant.
  • Experience leading workshops and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to interact effectively with global teams and stakeholders across different regions.
  • A strong understanding of HR processes and their application within a SaaS environment.
