11 Month Contract
On-site, Seattle, WA
In this role, you will partner closely with engineering leaders to identify, attract, assess, and hire top technical talent at scale. You will own full‑cycle recruiting, deliver a strong candidate experience, and use data to inform recruiting strategies.
Full‑Cycle Technical Recruiting
- Own end‑to‑end recruiting for engineering roles, including Software Engineers and senior technical contributors
- Partner with hiring managers and engineering leaders to understand technical requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities
- Conduct intake meetings, manage requisitions, and drive hiring plans from opening through offer acceptance
Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Develop and execute multi‑channel sourcing strategies to identify passive and active engineering talent
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of technical candidates using LinkedIn, sourcing tools, and internal networks
- Perform talent mapping and market research within key technology domains
Candidate Experience & Closing
- Provide candidates with clear communication and support throughout the interview process
- Prepare candidates for technical and behavioral interviews
- Partner with compensation and HR teams to support offer extension and closing
- Act as a trusted advisor to candidates regarding role, team, and compensation
Data‑Driven Recruiting
- Track recruiting metrics and pipeline health across requisitions
- Provide regular hiring updates and insights to stakeholders
- Use data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for process improvement
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
- Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems
- Ensure compliance with hiring processes and regional regulations
- Continuously improve recruiting workflows, tools, and candidate experience
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for engineering or other technical roles in competitive markets
- Strong knowledge of full‑cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience recruiting Software Engineers, systems engineers, or other technical specialists
- Ability to support high‑volume or senior‑level technical hiring
- Strong data and metrics orientation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
