Location: San Francisco, California (Hybrid)
We are seeking a Change Management Consultant to lead change initiatives related to a significant marketing transformation project. This role will oversee activities focused on driving culture change and helping leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements. The consultant will conduct organizational readiness assessments, develop change strategies, and advise leadership on organizational development to ensure a successful rollout of new marketing technologies and processes.
- Develop and execute an end-to-end change management strategy for a large-scale marketing technology transformation.
- Conduct stakeholder identification and organizational impact assessments to determine readiness and potential resistance points.
- Partner with the Training Lead to align change activities with training and enablement schedules.
- Advise leadership on organizational development, change, and behavioral issues to support a successful technology migration.
- Oversee activities focused on driving cultural shifts and building greater capability for change within teams.
- Develop and deliver strategic communications to various stakeholder groups.
- Operate as the primary Change Lead, guiding stakeholders through the transformation process.
- A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in change management, with proven ownership of end-to-end initiatives.
- Direct experience working within or for a marketing organization, specifically leading or supporting marketing transformation projects.
- Demonstrated experience with marketing platforms, including marketing technology migrations or implementations.
- Proven leadership capabilities, including experience leading small teams or owning a change capability workstream.
- Understanding of marketing operations, including campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of one day per week onsite and flexibility for increased presence during key project phases.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud migrations or the Zeta marketing platform.
- Change management certification, such as Prosci, ACMP, or similar frameworks.
- Experience in an enterprise-level consulting or major implementation environment.
- Background in marketing technology transformation projects within large organizations.
