Job Title: Analytics Consultant 4 / Data Management Analyst (Payments Analytics)
Location: Charlotte, NC / San Francisco, CA / New York, NY – Hybrid
Contract Length: Through end of 2026 (potential extension through end of 2027)
Pay Rate: $53 - $57
- 7+ years of business/data analysis or business systems experience
- Strong SQL experience (4+ years) across platforms like SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, Hive, or GCP
- Experience managing data infrastructure projects and working cross-functionally with technology teams
- Experience in Global Payments, Liquidity, or Wholesale Banking
- Experience working with large enterprise data platforms and infrastructure
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence both business and technical stakeholders
- Experience with data governance, data acquisition, and lifecycle management
- Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in fast-paced environments
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Analytics. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term analytics challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
- Perform complex business and data analysis to support Global Payments & Liquidity Analytics
- Develop deep understanding of data models, systems, and business processes
- Analyze data trends, issues, and opportunities to support decision-making
- Lead data infrastructure projects, including requirements gathering and implementation oversight
- Create business requirements documents (BRDs) and review technical specifications
- Partner with technology teams to drive delivery and ensure alignment with strategy
- Write, review, and optimize SQL queries across multiple platforms
- Support defect resolution through SQL analysis and troubleshooting
- Work with structured and large-scale data systems
- Act as liaison between infrastructure, technology teams, and business partners
- Lead discussions with SMEs and downstream consumers on enhancements and issues
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end data acquisition processes across multiple systems
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards
- Partner with authorized data sources and system-of-record teams
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives and track deliverables
- Support change management and process improvements
- Maintain strong relationships across business and technology teams
