Location: Fully Remote - Will need candidate to be located within the PST/MST or CST time zones.


Description:

  • Two Project Coordinators / Back Office Support resources to support new-build projects and associated construction (Cx) programs.
  • The resources will manage high-volume administrative, scheduling, and coordination tasks that currently exceed team capacity.
  • Positions exist to streamline project lifecycle workflows-from initiation through closeout-allowing Project Managers and Cx Managers to focus on field execution and strategic oversight.
  • Coordinators will primarily perform documentation, tracking, validation, and stakeholder coordination activities essential for project continuity and timely delivery.
  • Work will support multiple Cx programs, including IOA, existing conduit, and new-build/underwrite conduit initiatives.
  • Scheduling, documentation, and coordination support required to ensure projects progress smoothly from initiation through closeout. Work includes, but is not limited to:
  • Executing back-office administrative tasks associated with project setup, tracking, and documentation.
  • Tracking and updating project spreadsheets, milestones, and schedules using Excel and project tracking tools.
  • Performing checklist-driven validations (funding verification, PO issuance, approvals, vendor status, etc.).
  • Preparing basic project reports, updates, and presentation materials in PowerPoint as needed.
  • Acting as a cross-functional coordination point among approximately 20-26 daily stakeholders.
  • Supporting three senior Cx Managers across the IOA, conduit, and new-build/underwrite programs.
  • Providing general administrative and coordination support for multi-year, tiered infrastructure programs.

Qualifications:

  • Years of experience: 1-3 working in a construction delivery environment.
  • Understanding construction deliverable as builds, drawings, closeout documentation, material management, logistics
