Job Description:
Location: Juno Beach, Florida (Onsite)
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing project deadlines, coordinating stakeholders, and driving execution. This role is responsible for all aspects of a project during the field execution phase, overseeing projects that can range from 200 million to 1.5 billion dollars.
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines across multiple initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, scope, and deliverables.
- Track risks, issues, and action items, and drive timely resolution.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools to provide visibility into project status and performance.
- Use AI tools to streamline reporting, documentation, status tracking, and workflow efficiency.
- Analyze project data and KPIs to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Support project governance, change management, and communication with leadership and key stakeholders.
- Act as the company representative with local, national, and international agencies and regulating entities during the execution phase.
- Provide strategic oversight of power generation and energy storage projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: 15 or more years of experience overseeing energy infrastructure projects with project management expertise. A proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment is required. Experience managing deadlines, deliverables, and cross-functional teams is necessary. Driving will be required for this position.
Technical Skills: Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar business intelligence/reporting tools. Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, analysis, and project workflows is also required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Six Sigma certification is preferred.
- Experience with workflow automation, process improvement, and AI-enabled business transformation.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
