We are hiring a Shared Services Advisor!


Role: Shared Services Advisor (HR)

Supporting: Large Financial Services Client

Location: Pensacola, FL (Hybrid)

Assignment Type: Contract

Duration: ~6 months

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing clear guidance and support
  • Manage and resolve cases, including complex employee situations requiring thoughtful solutions
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Review and update employee separation records in Oracle HCM
  • Partner closely with vendors and internal teams to support disability case processing and payments
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working within shared services or high-volume support environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise and guide employees effectively
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations in HR operations
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $20.00 and $30.00 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
