Community Connect Epic PB / Claims Analyst

Location: Atlanta, Georgia (Remote)

 
Role Overview

An opportunity is available for a senior Epic PB/Claims Analyst to support physician practices. This role is part of the outpatient team, which supports ambulatory operations, billing, and affiliated practices leveraging the organization's Epic instance. The position focuses on building, configuring, and supporting Epic Professional Billing (PB) and claims workflows.

 
Key Responsibilities
  • Build, configure, and support Epic Professional Billing (PB) and claims workflows.
  • Support physician practices within the Community Connect model.
  • Work across end-to-end revenue cycle processes, including claims management.
  • Partner with operational stakeholders and clinical teams to optimize workflows.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing enhancements.
  • Contribute to implementation cycles and system optimization for new practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Epic Resolute PB OR PB Claims certification (both preferred).
  • 4+ years of Epic build experience.
  • Experience with claims workflows and revenue cycle processes.
  • Experience supporting ambulatory or physician practice environments.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting full end-to-end PB + Claims workflows.
  • Exposure to Cadence, Prelude, or Referrals.
  • Familiarity with Community Connect or multi-entity Epic environments.
Work Environment

This position is part of a flexible, remote-first team structure. The role involves occasional travel to client sites, estimated at approximately 10%, based on implementation needs.
