Role: Business Operations Specialist I

Supporting: Large Financial Services Client

Location: Pensacola, FL (Hybrid)

Assignment Type: Contract Only

Duration: ~6 Months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support that directly impacts business unit functions
  • Monitor and execute internal processes, ensuring compliance with policies and industry standards
  • Identify trends, research data, and document findings to support decision-making
  • Detect errors, initiate corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution
  • Assist with process improvements and workflow enhancements
  • Support system testing, user requirements, and training efforts
  • Act as a point of contact for cross-functional collaboration and issue resolution
  • Compile, analyze, and present data through reports, charts, and summaries
  • Assist with audits, research findings, and preparation of responses
  • Support projects, initiatives, and execution of business programs

 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to follow and interpret procedures and operational processes
  • Strong organizational, data gathering, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience supporting operational functions in a structured environment

Preferred:

  • Experience in financial services, banking, or credit union operations
  • Familiarity with regulatory and operational processes
  • Education beyond high school in business or a related field

 

Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $15.00 and $16.55 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
