Location: Remote anywhere in the US although PST is preferred.
6-months with possibility to extend.
We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to support critical compliance communications projects. The role will focus on the creation, management, and tracking of enrollment materials for a large-scale program. This position involves significant data entry and coordination with various business partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
This role will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Medicare enrollment kits and direct mail campaigns.
They coordinate cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, compliance) to ensure materials—like consumer brochures and onboarding flyers—are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to strict CMS guidelines.
- Manage the end-to-end process for enrollment communications, including printed and online materials.
- Oversees the creation of over 1,000 different iterations of enrollment kits, considering regional and translated versions.
- Utilize an automation tool for the entry and management of enrollment kit data, with a strong focus on data accuracy.
- Generate reports and meet with business partners to provide updates on project progress.
- Support shared services by managing requests for translations into multiple languages and ensuring ADA compliance.
- Track materials toward open enrollment deadlines and coordinate with vendors.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management, with a preference for marketing communications in the healthcare industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Power Apps is required.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working within a regulated or compliance-focused environment.
- Demonstrates strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Possesses creative and independent problem-solving abilities.
- Efficient in identifying business issues and developing appropriate action plans for resolution.
- Familiarity with technology-based publications and design workstreams.
