Sr Delivery & Operational Intelligence Analyst

Location: San Francisco, California (Partial Remote)

 
Role Overview

The Sr. Delivery & Operational Intelligence Analyst will drive tactical and strategic operations initiatives. This role requires advanced analytical, communication, and project management skills. The analyst will partner with key executives in engineering, product, program, and finance to enable seamless operations and the execution of strategic priorities within a large-scale organization of over 5000 people.

 
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between senior leaders for ongoing executive team operations, standardizing operating models and meeting cadences.
  • Streamline communication with templates, meeting notes, and materials.
  • Oversee operational programs related to resourcing, budgets, strategic planning, and status communications.
  • Act as a credible partner on strategy and planning, supporting executives on diverse problems and translating recommendations into results.
  • Manage and execute initiatives related to Objectives and Key Results (OKR), metrics, and driving results.
  • Plan key organizational communications and engagement forums such as town halls and leadership updates.
  • Handle technical budgets, including opex, capex, and resourcing models.
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree.

 

Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of related experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, finance, or a related field within a technology-driven organization. Must have experience working in software development organizations and a background in project management. Experience influencing business and technology leadership is required.

 

Skills:

  • Highly proficient with Excel and creating executive presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and design skills, with experience using Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
  • Solid understanding of program and project management principles.
  • Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to flex and pivot quickly based on priority shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Airtable and Claude.
  • Ability to act as a liaison between business and technology departments, particularly at the C-suite level.
Work Environment

This position requires four days onsite, with a preference for the Glendale or San Francisco location. There is a potential opportunity for this contract role to convert to a full-time employee position.
