Job Description:
Location: Onsite 4 days / 1 Day Remote
This role involves managing the complete recruitment life cycle for technical positions. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing offers while building robust talent pipelines. The position requires close partnership with hiring managers to understand talent needs and influence hiring decisions, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Drive full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer management.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines using various sourcing channels, with an emphasis on engaging passive talent.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define talent needs, set expectations, and guide hiring decisions.
- Evaluate candidates through structured screening and assessment methods.
- Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Workday, and data-driven insights to manage requisitions and track performance.
- Maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure adherence to hiring policies, confidentiality standards, and HR best practices.
- Support recruiting efforts across different regions and adapt working hours as needed.
A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Human Resources or Business. 4+ years of hands-on, full-cycle recruiting experience is required. Proven ability to source, pipeline, and assess technical talent directly is necessary. Experience recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, or operations roles is also required. Proficiency with ATS platforms like Workday or similar systems is expected, along with a strong data-driven approach to recruiting. Candidates must have demonstrated ability to partner with and influence hiring managers and business stakeholders, advanced proactive sourcing skills, strong communication and relationship management skills, and the ability to leverage AI tools to improve recruiting efficiency.
