Location: San Antonio, Texas (Onsite)
We are seeking a Recruiter Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for the talent acquisition process. This role will support high-volume or less complex non-pipeline recruiting teams. The position involves handling pre-employment and onboarding activities, scheduling interviews across multiple time zones, coordinating logistics for recruiting activities, and maintaining candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, including arranging travel and preparing detailed itineraries when required.
- Manage logistics for recruiting activities and events, such as job fairs and virtual events, including the preparation and shipment of materials.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process by providing timely updates on application status and interview details.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date requisition and candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Initiate and manage pre-employment background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding activities for new hires.
- Provide administrative support to recruiters, including creating offer letters, preparing onboarding materials, and handling expense reports.
- Track recruitment and onboarding metrics and assist with the preparation of operational reports.
- Identify opportunities to streamline interview and onboarding processes to improve the candidate and hiring leader experience.
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring leaders, and external partners to resolve scheduling conflicts and process issues.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 2 years of progressive work experience in staffing, human resources, administrative support, account relationship management, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Outlook or other calendaring software.
- Experience as a recruiter or recruiting coordinator supporting high-volume recruiting efforts.
- Experience working with a Candidate Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Workday.
- Experience with talent acquisition candidate screening and recruiting processes.
- Experience with the coordination of business travel and Travel & Expense (T&E) management software, such as Concur.
- Experience with recruiting CRM platforms, such as EightfoldAI or a similar platform.
- US military experience through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner.
This position requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week.
