Location: Remote
An operations team is seeking an individual to execute daily operational workflows supporting enterprise and customer programs. This mid-to-senior level role supports highly sensitive and security-focused workstreams within a technology company. The position requires managing and influencing a broad range of stakeholders in a high-trust, high-accountability environment where discretion and judgment are essential.
- Execute customer account setup and configuration tasks in internal administrative systems, following established runbooks.
- Process approved request batches accurately and on schedule, verifying changes and escalating discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work, including updating trackers and closing out request threads.
- Coordinate with internal teams across multiple deployment environments, including secure government settings.
- Propose runbook updates when documented steps differ from system behavior.
- Implement and streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Drive initiatives across multiple teams and ensure successful adoption of new processes.
- Strong attention to detail in high-volume, multi-system execution work.
- Comfort working in internal admin tooling and structured workflows.
- Prior experience in operations, deployment support, or technical support is preferred.
- Clear asynchronous written communication skills.
- Ability to work US Pacific hours.
- Ability to escalate issues to internal stakeholders when necessary.
- Strong program and project management skills.
- Experience with process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience as an Operations Manager at a technology company.
