Role Overview

We are seeking a senior Project Manager for a global enterprise project focused on migrating data models to a new technology stack. This role involves increasing data governance maturity and unifying data products as part of a business integration. The position requires an individual who can implement project management best practices to achieve outcomes while managing speed, risk, and coordination with adjacent projects.

 
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the integrated project plan, aligning milestones, dependencies, and timelines across data engineering, governance, testing, change adoption, and cutover workstreams.
  • Drive disciplined execution of the project plan by monitoring progress against scope, schedule, and key deliverables.
  • Own the active management of project-level risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize delivery disruption by maintaining and updating RAID logs.
  • Establish and run project-level governance routines to ensure transparency and timely decision-making, preparing and delivering weekly status reports.
  • Act as the central coordination point across workstreams and stakeholders, including engineering, testing, change, cutover, and business teams.
  • Support disciplined scope and change management, tracking changes and ensuring impacts to schedule and resources are understood.
  • Provide project management support through cutover and stabilization phases, coordinating readiness activities and tracking go-live action items.
  • Ensure project documentation, including plans, RAID logs, and status reports, is maintained to enterprise and program standards.
Required Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of four years of related work experience is required. This typically reflects five or more years of relevant experience in project management.

 
Work Details

Work hours are Monday through Friday, with flexibility to accommodate global meetings. This position is open to remote candidates, preferably located in the Eastern or Central time zones. Interviews will be conducted virtually.
