Job Title: Business Systems Analyst/Consultant
Location: West Des Moines, IA / Charlotte, NC / Tempe, AZ / Shoreview, MN
Contract Length: 18 months (no conversion planned)
Pay Rate: $60/hr - $65/hr

In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Systems Consulting. This role focuses on print operations, system integrations, and application support within a regulated environment. You will review and analyze complex, multi-faceted challenges requiring in-depth evaluation and contribute to resolving issues while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Drive execution across transactional print outsourcing readiness, letter digitization, and print aggregation initiatives.
- Support integration of print processes with Electronic Customer Communications Management (ECCM) systems.
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for DocD and PJADF applications.
- Ensure stability and continuity of print operations across platforms.
- Work with Print Delivery Hub (PDH) and Ricoh Process Director (RPD) for print workflow management.
- Analyze and understand Mail Run Data Files (MRDF) and their role in production processes.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to support end-to-end print lifecycle operations.
- Use Jira for tracking, managing, and delivering work items.
- Operate independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Experience: 5+ years of Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
Technical Skills: Strong experience supporting print operations and system integrations (ECCM, print workflows). Hands-on experience with DocD, Print Delivery Hub (PDH), Ricoh Process Director (RPD), and Jira.
- SQL experience for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Prior experience with the same print applications.
- Familiarity with Mail Run Data Files (MRDF) and the print production lifecycle.
