Job Title : Full Stack Java Developer

Location: Irving, TX / Charlotte, NC / Chandler, AZ (Hybrid)

Contract Length: 18 months (possible extension or conversion)

Pay Rate: $69/hr - $74/hr

Role Overview

In this role, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. You will review and analyze complex, multi-faceted challenges requiring in-depth evaluation and contribute to the resolution of sophisticated technical issues. This position focuses on building modern, scalable applications and integrations, ensuring solutions meet business, technical, and compliance requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
  • Build and support microservices-based architectures and middleware solutions.
  • Develop integrations between enterprise systems.
  • Work on cloud-based platforms and event-driven systems using Kafka.
  • Participate in the coding, debugging, testing, and documentation of applications.
  • Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver business value.
  • Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance across applications.
  • Support ongoing migration of platforms from on-prem to cloud.
  • Maintain and enhance UI components.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and contribute to engineering best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • 5–7+ years of Java development experience.
  • Strong experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.
  • Experience with Kafka and cloud platforms (OCP/Cloud Foundry).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with GenAI/LLMs and agent development.
  • Contact center technology experience.
  • Experience building middleware and enterprise integrations.
