Digital Marketing Specialist
Position Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable business results.

This role will leverage a mix of digital channels—including search, social, email, and content—to reach target audiences, improve online visibility, and increase conversions. The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven, with a strong ability to turn insights into action.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned to business goals
  • Plan and manage campaigns across channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and display advertising
  • Continuously monitor performance and optimize campaigns to improve ROI
Content & Social Media Management
  • Create and manage engaging content across digital platforms (blogs, social media, email, etc.)
  • Maintain social media presence, including content scheduling and audience engagement
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints
SEO & Online Advertising
  • Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social ads, display campaigns)
  • Conduct keyword research and implement search engine optimization best practices
Analytics & Performance Tracking
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social platforms
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Track KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI
Conversion & Marketing Optimization
  • Identify opportunities to improve website user experience and conversion rates
  • Support A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user journey improvements
  • Implement marketing automation to support lead generation and nurturing
Collaboration & Market Insights
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to execute campaigns
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay informed on digital marketing trends
  • Ensure compliance with digital marketing regulations and best practices
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong understanding of SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, and social media
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion optimization
  • Digital marketing certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
