JOB TITLE: Buyer III (Procurement & Logistics PM)
EST START DATE: ASAP
CONTRACT LENGTH: 9 months
LOCATION: High preference for someone to sit in Bellevue location, opportunity for HYBRID schedule with at least 3 days onsite for ramp-up and key meetings
HOURS: 40 hrs/week, no OT, Mon-Fri core hours
PAY RANGE: $50-57/hr

TEAM FOCUS / KEY PROJECTS:
The Buyer will assist the Buying Team in expanding selection by setting up new vendors and items, maintaining the product catalog and managing pricing.
Job responsibilities include new product launch & coordination, maintaining product cost, retail price, content and images, vendor relations, and assisting with special projects. Additional responsibilities include supporting and training as a backup to Control Buyer.
TOP SKILLS/EXPERIENCE NEEDED: Overall 2+ yr of relevant procurement and logistics exp
- ServiceNow
- Stakeholder communication
- Jira, CUA and SAP systems (heavily used in this role)
- Perform cognitive work to map ticket groups to appropriate projects and route the accordingly
- Strong attention to detail and information management capabilities are essential
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES: Highly organized, self motivated, detail oriented and have strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point). An understanding of data management and databases is also a plus. The candidate must be able to work in a highly demanding, but collegial environment where teamwork is a must.
