Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid)
The Product Owner will support technical delivery and Agile execution within the banking domain, focusing on data technology solutions and requirements design. This role requires analytical skills, proficiency in data constructs, and experience working in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments. The individual will collaborate with stakeholders, manage requirements, and ensure successful delivery across complex financial systems.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for banking and data technology initiatives.
- Support technical delivery teams by translating business needs into actionable specifications.
- Create and maintain JIRA boards, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and participate in ceremonies such as PI Planning and Sprint Reviews.
- Perform data analysis and validation.
Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst with a strong background in supporting technical delivery. Experience in Agile Methodology, preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), is required.
Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the banking domain. Proficiency in the data technology space with an understanding of data constructs and technologies.
Technical Skills: Experience with Agile tools, specifically JIRA, is required for this role.
- Familiarity with Confluence for documentation.
- Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and metadata management.
- Experience with requirements analysis and design methodologies.
- Developed analytical, facilitation, and presentation skills.
