The environment follows SAFe Agile practices with quarterly PI Planning, ART-level ceremonies, and cross-functional delivery teams. The RTE will serve as a delivery coordinator, helping teams align on priorities, manage dependencies, track execution, and deliver committed objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide visibility into ART execution through metrics, milestone tracking, burn-up reporting, and delivery forecasting.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Systems Engineering, Architects, and Engineering Leaders to support feature definition, refinement, readiness, and planning activities.
  • Facilitate issue resolution and escalation paths across teams and stakeholders.
  • Support Agile teams that may not have dedicated Scrum Master support.
  • Coordinate with adjacent platform and product teams to align delivery plans and integration activities.

Desired Experience

  • Experience serving as an RTE, Senior Scrum Master, Agile Program Manager, or similar Agile leadership role.
  • Strong SAFe Agile experience, including PI Planning and ART execution.
  • Experience supporting large Agile programs consisting of multiple Scrum teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, integrations, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Experience working with cloud-based software platforms and distributed engineering teams.
  • Experience in regulated medical device environments
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development program/project management, Agile delivery, Scrum Master, RTE, TPM, or related roles.
  • 3+ years serving as an RTE, Senior Scrum Master, Agile Program Manager, or equivalent role supporting multiple Agile teams.
  • 3+ years working in SAFe or similar scaled Agile environments.

Success Measures

  • PI Planning readiness and execution.
  • Delivery tracking and status reporting.
  • Dependency and integration management.
  • Risk, issue, and escalation management.
  • Feature readiness and planning coordination.
  • Stakeholder communication and ART-level visibility.
  • Support of Agile and SAFe operating practices across the ART.
