Duration: 12 months
payrate: $60- $65/hr on W2
An experienced Hyperion/EPM OCI/OAC/OAS Administrator is sought to manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise performance management and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Hyperion/EPM 11.2.x, Essbase 21C, and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), with skills in installation, configuration, migration, and performance tuning across Linux and Windows environments.
- Perform hands-on administration of Oracle Essbase / EPM 11.x on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Install, configure, and support Essbase/EPM BSO and ASO applications, outlines, data loads, calculations, and aggregations.
- Conduct Essbase operations including service management, monitoring, patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Utilize UNIX MaxL scripting for administration, backups, automation, and routine maintenance.
- Manage Essbase data connections to various sources such as Oracle ADW/ATP, Oracle DB, and SQL Server.
- Administer Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), including provisioning, configuration, lifecycle management, and OCI tenancy administration.
- Manage OAC user and role administration, IAM/IDCS integration, and SSO configuration.
- Implement and enforce data security, including object, row, and column level security and auditing user access.
- Migrate RPDs from Classic BI to OAC and manage semantic model deployments.
- Optimize OAC performance through query analysis, cache configuration, and workload management.
Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in the administration of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), or OBIEE is required.
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Hyperion/EPM 11.x, Essbase 21C, and Oracle Analytics Server.
- Knowledge of Hyperion Planning, Essbase (BSO/ASO), SmartView, and OAS.
- Expertise in installation, configuration, migration, and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows platforms.
- Familiarity with Ansible for automation.
- Scripting skills in Essbase calc scripts and MaxL.
- Knowledge of Oracle databases (12c/19c) and WebLogic.
- Experience integrating with OID, LDAP, and MSAD for user management.
- Experience with cloud-based EPM solutions.
- Working knowledge of Linux administration.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
