Senior Analyst Radiology/PACS

Location: St. Louis, Missouri (Remote)

 

Role Overview

This position is for a Senior Analyst specializing in Clinical Imaging Radiology and PACS administration. The role involves providing technical expertise to support the organization's technical infrastructure, responding to user problems, and troubleshooting Radiology application issues. The ideal candidate will work as part of a team, manage their own tasks, and contribute to the development and support of clinical imaging systems.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise in one or more information technology disciplines to support the organization's technical infrastructure.
  • Respond to user problems by listening, clarifying, and responding effectively.
  • Troubleshoot most Radiology application problems independently.
  • Analyze a chain of events and apply technical knowledge following established procedures.

* Write and present fundamental documentation for internal teams and clinical associates.

  • Collaborate with internal and external resource partners.
  • Build new test and production environments.
  • Perform or assist in application upgrades and life cycle management.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans, identify key milestones, and raise critical project issues.
  • Mentor other associates on the team.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 5-7 years of Radiology PACS experience is required.

 


Technical Skills:

  • A solid foundation of knowledge for platforms and products that support the Clinical Imaging space.
  • Hands-on experience with Change Healthcare Radiology PACS, GE Viewpoint, TeraRecon, Rapid, DynaCAD, and other ancillary Radiology applications.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident and task management.
