Job Description:
Location: Town and Country, Missouri (Onsite)
This role provides first-level support for all end-users via telephone, email, or chat. The specialist will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and voice/data communication systems. This position involves writing concise, informative service tickets and following up on all tickets in a timely manner to pursue issues through to resolution.
- Provide first-level support for all end-users via telephone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and voice/data communication systems issues.
- Escalate calls to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Write concise and informative service tickets using a ticketing system.
- Follow up on all tickets in a timely manner and see issues through to resolution.
- Create and manage tickets in a system such as Cherwell.
- Provide clear, customer-friendly troubleshooting assistance.
Experience: 5-10 years of experience is required. This includes experience using ticketing systems and writing technical support reports and documentation.
Technical Skills: Must possess broad knowledge and proficiency with popular operating systems, application software, desktop and laptop computers, printers, and networks.
