Overview
We are partnering with a large, integrated healthcare system supporting multiple hospitals and clinical sites. This organization is continuing to expand and optimize its Epic footprint and is seeking an experienced Epic Willow Analyst to support pharmacy applications, with a strong focus on oncology workflows.
This role will collaborate closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and scalable medication management processes across the enterprise.
- Support and optimize Epic Willow application with a focus on oncology pharmacy workflows
- Design, build, and maintain medication records, order sets, and ERX functionality specific to oncology treatments
- Partner with pharmacy, clinical, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Troubleshoot issues impacting medication workflows and system performance
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing optimization efforts
- Build and maintain documentation including workflows, build specs, and configuration details
- Participate in testing, validation, and go-live support activities
- Epic Willow Certification (active and in good standing)
- 3+ years of Epic Willow Analyst experience
- Strong background in pharmacy workflows, with a focus on oncology
- Hands-on experience with ERX build, specifically supporting oncology medications
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with both clinical and technical stakeholders
- Experience with Epic Beacon
- Hands-on experience with Beacon protocol build
- Experience working in a large, multi-site healthcare environment
- Hybrid model: ~25% onsite / 75% remote (as needed)
- Collaborative, enterprise-level healthcare environment supporting multiple facilities
- Focus on clinical system optimization and patient-centered care delivery
