Location: Danville, Pennsylvania (Work from Home)
This role involves facilitating multidisciplinary improvement teams, gathering data, performing research, and compiling best practice information. The position provides project management for operational and clinical staff to achieve transformational strategic and tactical project results. Efforts are focused within a single system platform to improve patient experience, safety, staff satisfaction, quality, timeliness, and efficiency while achieving a favorable value.
- Consistently achieve project outcomes at target goals through follow-through, creative problem solving, and a focus on results.
- Hardwire process improvements and embed process and outcome metrics in improvement initiatives.
- Analyze and identify opportunities in clinical, operational, and financial processes.
- Streamline clinical, operational, and financial processes and workflows to drive efficiency.
- Assess the stakeholder environment and work with project sponsors to build support for improvement opportunities.
- Develop relationships with staff, providers, and leaders to achieve change.
- Facilitate multidisciplinary project teams and support accountable leaders.
- Use analytic and experiential skills to identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Identify and apply relevant best practice improvement tools and solutions.
- Collaborate with others to utilize expertise from multiple sources.
- Document work products and methodologies to enable analysis and knowledge transfer.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a Healthcare-Related field is required.
Experience: A minimum of two years of related work experience is required.
Skills: Working Independently, Leads Others, Critical Thinking, Builds Relationships, Waterfall Model.
Certifications: Six Sigma Certified - American Society for Quality (ASQ).
