Job Title: Business Execution Consultant

Location: Chandler, AZ / San Antonio, TX / Roanoke, VA / Charlotte, NC – Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Contract Length:12 months (project-based, possible extension)

Pay Rate: $53/hr - $57/hr

Role Overview


In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives within Business Execution and support large-scale planning and delivery of business initiatives. This role focuses on supporting a system conversion effort by analyzing loan data, executing manual conversions, and ensuring data integrity while collaborating with stakeholders and adhering to operational and compliance standards. You will review and analyze business challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors and contribute to the resolution of complex issues.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform manual conversion of loan files from AFS to LIQ systems.
  • Work within both AFS and Loan IQ platforms to validate and input loan data.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan records during conversion.
  • Support loan closing and servicing activities tied to conversion efforts.
  • Identify issues, discrepancies, or risks in data and escalate appropriately.
  • Collaborate with operations, lending teams, and project stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and tracking of converted records.
  • Contribute to project timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements.
  • Assist with process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Strong experience with AFS (Advanced Financial Systems) and/or LIQ (Loan IQ).
  • Knowledge of commercial lending processes, especially loan closing and servicing.
  • Experience supporting data conversion or system migration efforts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working on loan system conversions or transformations.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to handle manual data conversion tasks.
  • Experience in financial services or lending operations.
